Indoor Area

The centre of the Altmühltherme is the two-storied indoor area of the thermal bath with its 4 basins and its application areas. 

Inside courtyard of the thermal bath a big thermal basin with massage benches is situated. Under expert guidance you can participate in water gym. With simple exercises musculature and the musculoskeletal system can be relieved from hardenings. This may help you to force up flexibility and strength.

The natural environment of the whirlpool almost gives you a private experience.

Upstairs you can find the thermal basin 1 with several massage nozzles and water massage benches. Every 15 minutes you can participate in a diversified tour of all massage attractions.

The thermal basin 2, bordered by a scenic stone bridge, offers you a small waterfall, an artificial current and a cave with light effects and pleasing flavour. The attractions also start every 15 minutes.

Around the basins you can find several rest areas with comfortable deck chairs. From there you have a nice overview over the whole Altmühltherme.
