Steam bath

The two steam bathes are situated in the lower floor near the therapy basin. The steam bath is a meeker form of the sauna. With a special steam technique a clime with 40 to 50 degrees Celsius and a humidity of almost 100% is created.

 The controlled hotness boosts the recovery of the human body. At the same time the heat removes tension from the muscles, invigorates the immune system and stimulates the metabolism.

 The crystal steam bath is equipped with several rose quartz which achieve a positive and harmonizing effect.

 In the brine steam bath fine solute Berchtesgadener Brine and essential oils are pulverized. This therapy especially helps you with hardenings and respiration problems.

On the heated benches you can relax after having enjoyed the steam bathes.
