Have a sauna and relax in a nice atmosphere – the Altmühltherme offers you ideal conditions for calmness and détente.
Having a sauna is not just a healthy pleasure for cold winter months. Even in summer, the sauna offers an attractive wellness pleasure for everyone.
The sauna area includes two Finnish sauna cabins, one 50-70° C sauna, a steam sauna, a cold water basin, an ice fountain, a rest area and solariums.
Healthy by sweating
Having a sauan is very healthy, because sauna is like natural cosmetics. The sauna supports the renovation of the skin. The sauna supports the body from its own resources to fight stress and environmental influences.
The emission of sudor detoxifies and purifies the human body. Thereby the sauna assists the whole metabolism and activates the kidney function.
After an agreeable sweating and a following cleaning you can cool off under the shower or in our cold water basin.

If you stay longer than your card allows you to, you have to pay 1,20 EUR for each commenced period of 30 minutes.
If you pay 3,00 EUR additional you can access to the Spa Area and the Slide and Wave Area. During summer you can access the Open Air Sport Bath for free.
